Emergency Information

Emergencies concerning health or safety should be reported by calling 911

For plumbing emergencies, including running water leaks, please call TCR Rooter at 919-467-2207.   Note that if repairs made are not the responsibility of the Association, the owner will be responsible for payment.  


For maintenance emergencies, please contact Carole Sagun or Kyle Westerman by calling 919-638-1825.  

We acknowledge that the following situations are important, but they are NOT considered Association emergencies:

• Noisy neighbors *
• Illegally parked cars *
• Architectural Change Requests
• Questions about account balances
• Covenant violations

If URGENT, these (*) situations may best be handled by Law Enforcement.  Please use your discretion. 

Otherwise, these non-emergency issues are best handled by the Association or Department Manager during normal office hours.  Please refer to the CONTACT US page for more information about how to reach your Association’s Manager and other departments.
