Customer Service Promises

     Kohn-Ell promises to treat all association members fairly, equally, and objectively as we resolve problems or issues which may arise with your association.

     Sometimes things may not go the way you want.  If you are unhappy about something that took place, contact your Board of Directors and/or Kohn-Ell.  You deserve honest, accurate answers to your questions.  Association laws and covenants can be confusing, if you have a different understanding or just want an explanation about something, let us know. Who knows together we may find a solution to your problem.  You at least deserve an explanation of the facts and a chance to be heard. 

     Kohn-Ell promises to complete our agreed upon tasks in the expected time frame. 

     If you are unhappy because Kohn-Ell failed to do something you expected, or did not do it fast enough, please let us know.  We are not perfect.  We want to do the right thing for the association and its members as they expect.

     If you are not, or were not satisfied with

    • the treatment you received from Kohn-Ell,
    • the fulfillment of a request by Kohn-Ell,
    • the follow-up and answers you were given by Kohn-Ell
