Kohn-Ell interacts with all Association members in an objective, responsive manner as we work to resolve the specific issues that impact you and your Association.

If you are dissatisfied about something that occurred, please contact your Board of Directors and/or Kohn-Ell. Association laws and Covenants can be confusing. If you have a different understanding of the rules or just want an explanation, let us know. We will do everything we can to find a solution to your problem and to answer your questions. We know you want honest and accurate answers.

Kohn-Ell will complete our agreed upon tasks in the expected time frame. If unanticipated delays occur, we are happy to contact the people who are involved.

If you are concerned that Kohn-Ell failed to do something you expected, please let us know. While we are not perfect, it is very important to us to meet the expectations of the Association and its members.

If you are not satisfied with

    • the treatment you received from Kohn-Ell
    • the fulfillment of a request by Kohn-Ell
    • the follow-up and answers you were given by Kohn-Ell
